JESA Technologies wins a new project!

JESA Technologies was awarded a Feasibility Study (FS) for a granulation plant for the Ammaroo Phosphate Project in Australia.

Lakeland, FL - March 23rd, 2022, JESA Technologies announced today that it has won a feasibility study for an MAP/DAP Granulation Plant for the Ammaroo Phosphate Project, in Northern Territory Australia.

The site is in the Western Georgina Basin, approximately 220 km southeast of Tennant Creek, 270 km northeast of Alice Springs, 95 km from the Adelaide to Darwin railway and 1000 km from Darwin. The plant shall be capable of producing 960,000 Mt/y of granulated fertilizers based on 50% MAP product and 50% DAP product.

The entire project intent is to be a fully integrated fertilizer complex including:

  • On site phosphate rock mining.
  • Phosphate rock beneficiation plant.
  • Phosphoric acid plant (PAP).
  • Sulphuric acid plant (SAP).
  • Ammonia plant (AP).
  • Granulation plant (GP).
  • Utilities to include raw water, water treatment plant (demineralization and RO), power plant, auxiliary boilers and air compressors, storage, and rail import/export etc.
  • Ancillaries to include natural gas pipeline, rail line, accommodation village and airfield.
  • Darwin infrastructure to include Port facilities, workshop, offices, and control-room.
